Role: Senior Operating Partner, Investor, Board Member or Advisory Board Member.

• Client: Global Impact Investment Fund Manager.

• Activities: Spearheaded the launch of an Africa-focused early-stage venture capital fund, built investment pipeline, executed transactions, advised management on strategy, business development of portfolio companies in South Africa, Kenya, Cameroon, Senegal and Ivory Coast, securing additional capital.

• Activities: Advised 5 CEOs on specific engagements in Rwanda, Tunisia, Senegal and Cameroon, including investment readiness, capital introductions, development of management account dashboard, regulatory license application, cohort analysis, mapping of unit economics.

Role: Strategy Advisor.

• Client: Leading dubai-based industrial property contractor and investor.

• Activities: Prepared the spin-out of a tech-enabled volumetric manufactured modular construction platform, including strategy development, financial modelling, IP assignment, capital requirement and fund raising strategy.

Role: Co-Founder.

• Client: Mix-use sport-themed real estate development and operation project.

• Activities: Founded company, developped business model, brand and feasibility study for an integrated lifestyle destination around in-land surfing, business plan, secured key partnerships, including a co-founder / brand ambassador association with a world-famous surf athlete, identified land plots in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi to receive the project, secured Seed capital.

Role: Strategy Advisor, Transaction Advisor, Investor.

• Client: 3D-printed footwear company.

• Activities: Developed business plan, financial model and investor documentation, supported global fund raising initiative.

• Outcome: Product launched in partnership with Costco, Series A investment secured, achieved $1.1M in monthly ARR.

Role: Strategy and Execution Advisor.

• Client: Technology-enabled agribusiness headquartered in the UAE that focuses on the year-round, sustainable production of premium fresh fruits and vegetable under harsh climate.

• Activities: Spearheaded the development of a manufactured food product business line, including product definition, market assessment, business planning, resource allocation, recipe development, manufacturing contracting, brand development, packaging, distribution, and product launch.
